These background images have been provided with a single license for use only on Twitter. You may not use any of these graphics anywhere other than your Twitter home page.

You may not share these graphics with anyone else, but please do share a link to this site so they may download their own background image.

You may not alter the graphics in any way except to re-size smaller. You may not alter the colors or shape of the image.

PLEASE, do not email me asking me to make an exception for you.
However, you may inquire about purchasing a commercial use license.

All images on this site are owned by Natalie Jost and all rights are reserved unless otherwise granted to you through your purchase of a license.

When you purchase a product from this site you are not purchasing the image itself and you do not own that image. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image according to the following terms.

You may use an image for any of the following purposes:

1. Digital Media
   You may use images in websites, multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video, cell phones.
2. Printed Media
   You may use the graphic for personal or promotional printed items such as magazines, newspapers, books, scrapbook pages, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, packaging etc.
3. Stationery
   You may use graphics in corporate identity packages, on business cards, letterhead, etc, for personal or business use without making a profit from the end product.
4. Personal Decorative
   You may use images to decorate your home or office or incorporate in any personal craft projects.
5. Single Seat
   You, and only you, may use the image. You may not share it with anyone. If you design something for someone else and they want to use the image for other projects, they must buy a license themselves.

You may NOT use an image for any of the following purposes:

1. Resale
   You may NOT create any digital or physical item to be sold—or given away for free—such as website templates, Flash templates, business card templates, document templates, scrapbook papers or other elements, fabric, posters, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards or similar products that you intend to sell or distribute.
2. Identity
   You may NOT use any image as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo.
3. Morally Defiling
   You may NOT use an image in anything that might be considered pornographic, obscene, immoral or illegal, or that would bring harm to my name as the designer of the original image.
4. Distribute
   You may NOT install or use the image in more than one location at a time or post a copy of the image on a network server or web server for use by other users. You may not attach by email or otherwise share the file with anyone.

Any other use not stated under the terms of this license is prohibited unless other permission is obtained from Natalie Jost in writing.
